8Module has signed partnership agreements with three Quebec municipalities to develop pilot housing projects using our turnkey modular delivery model. These partnerships represent the first municipal-scale test of our approach, allowing us to demonstrate the speed, cost predictability, and quality advantages of factory-built housing in real community contexts.

The pilot projects range from 6 to 12 units each, designed to fit within existing municipal zoning frameworks and address specific local housing needs. Each project follows the same turnkey model: 8Module handles design, engineering, factory production, site assembly, and finishing under a single fixed-price contract.
